And in case anyone was wondering how two supposedly antagonistic ideologies, namely Communism and Fascism, would find a way to coalesce into one single country we have only to look at the United States of America, c. 2014. I wish that was mere hyperbole, but it isn't. We are now living under a regime of plutocrats and oligarchs which takes the worst aspects of both those totalitarian systems and mingles it into one hideous despotism.
