In his extremely tiresome January address to the sheeple, Mr Obama decreed that if he does not get what he wants legislatively - as in, by Constitutional means - he will simply do it by "executive order". He has, therefore, announced
publicly that he is about to commit impeachable offenses by completely bypassing and ignoring the legislative branch of government. Not that he is the first power-mad US president to use dictatorial measures in this way. In recent decades most presidents, republican or democrat, have done the same. But B.O. (that's short for "Barack Obama") is just more brazen about it.
What will the republicans and/or democrats do about this usurpation?
Exactly nothing.
