From Philip Giraldi:
"Everywhere people are fleeing the violence, which, among other benefits, has virtually obliterated the ancient Christian presence in the Middle East. Though I recognize that the refugee problem cannot be completely blamed on only one party, many of those millions would be alive and the refugees would for the most part be in their homes if it had not been for the catastrophic interventionist policies pursued by both Democratic and Republican administrations in the United States."

ReplyDeleteAged parent, If you see my comment I apologize to you. I respect you and your Site very much. I don't comment much now because of my present state of cynicism I think, but I don't wish you to think me so.
ReplyDeleteDear Aly,
ReplyDeleteI understand your cynicism. We all share it.
But as the Hilaire Belloc quote says at the top of my blog, "Do not be troubled by forces already dissolved. You have mistaken the hour of the night. It is already morning."
Of course what he meant by that is that the Enemy is already finished. He will win a few more battles but he and his forces are already "dissolved".
We may not live to see it, but the dawn will come,
Thank you Aged parent for your kindness and goodwill which is ever reciprocal by me and many, I know. May our Lord sustain and bless you and your family many many days.
